As Divisional Manager at Ambition, I specialise in recruiting permanent Manager to Director level roles across Marketing & Business Development within the top 200 law firms in the UK and Europe. My team and I are dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with leading legal firms, ensuring a tailored and strategic approach to every placement.

 

My Background

I began my recruitment career in 2008 and have since built a broad and deep understanding of both permanent and interim hiring across a range of industries, including professional services, banking, dentistry, and the not-for-profit space.

Since joining Ambition in January 2022, I’ve progressed from Senior Consultant to Divisional Manager, where I lead a fantastic team of recruitment professionals within our Legal Business Development & Marketing division. I’m proud of the collaborative, high-performing culture we’ve built and excited about the continued growth and impact we’re driving across the UK and European legal markets.

 

Outside of Work

Outside of work, life is full on and fun thanks to my two young children, who keep me on my toes! I also enjoy socialising with friends and travelling whenever I get the chance - exploring new places and cultures is something I always look forward to.
